What is VIP Consigning?

• Standard Consignor makes a 60% commission on their sales. As a VIP Consignor, you would make 30% of your sales. You will be charged a $15.00 VIP Consignor fee (taken out of your Consignor check – you don’t pay it up front).


• If you want to Consign your nice items, but don't have time for consigning process, our VIP Program is your solution!


• A VIP Processor will gather, prep, tag, enter, and deliver your items to our upcoming event! You'll still earn a Private Pre-Sale Pass.


• Your items will be priced at 25-35% of retail.

Who Can Be a VIP Consignor?

Anyone! If you want to consign without the time to prepare, enter and deliver items to the sale yourself then VIP is for you! Some families simply love being VIP consignors. Others get started as a VIP and may be a standard consignor in the future. Experienced consignors, no time this season? No worries! VIP when it fits best for you. PCS or non-military move? Are There Any Item Limits?

We accept 300 items entered under a single consignor ID (a bundle of 5 books with one tag/price = 1 item). If you have additional items, we'll simply start a second consignor ID.

How Do I Pick Up My Check?

The Consignor check will be available on Pick Up day. If you do not pick up the check, it will automatically be mailed to you.

How Do I Get My Pre-Sale Shopping Pass?

We will mail your the passes to the address you enter when you sign up.

What About Items That Don't Sell?

You choose if you want to donate remaining items or pick them up. You must pick up any unsold items during Consignor Pick Up times immediately following the event. For donations, we host a free shopping event for Foster Families and Military Families (E5 & Under). Remaining items go to The Wishing Well Foundation who provide support to foster families in Pierce County.

Acceptable Items

We love baby gear, toys, books, maternity items, movies, etc! Car Seats MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If the seat has stains, food, dirt, etc., we will not accept it.

All clothes and shoes need to be Fall/Winter only. All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, less than 5 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well).

We will accept pants, short and long sleeves, sweaters, heavy/puffy coats and jackets, hoodies, ski pants/gear, snow boots, flannel, fleece, plaid applique, corduroy, turtlenecks, gloves, winter hats, scarves and accessories, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas themed clothing, Halloween Costumes, athletic shorts and swimsuits (for winter lessons).

We will also accept name-brand sandals such as Birkenstock, Keen and Crocs.

We will not be able to accept for our Fall/Winter sale: tank tops, flip flops, sandals, white dress shoes, water toys, Easter or 4th of July themed clothing. Clothing needs to be clean and odor free. If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. No stains, holes or excessive wear.

Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts.

How Do I Deliver Items to a Processor?

Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned. Boxes or paper bags are ideal to deliver your items.
